LMT’s commitments to society and the environment:
LMT pursues the identification and satisfaction of its customers and for this it bases its policy on the provision of services that meet their expectations and the commitment to continuous improvement.
We develop projects in collaboration with foundations or NGOs. Likewise, we allocate 2% of the billing to projects and actions of social interest.
In 2022, our foundation will be launched, which will channel all LMT's social action, with a very special focus on supporting technical students with financial difficulties. Anithing talent can be lost for financial reasons

We developed a continuous training plan for employees and collaborators, and a scholarship program for the incorporation of new talent to LMT.
We promote a base of collaborators and local suppliers, prioritizing small businesses, considerably reducing the payment period to suppliers with respect to the deadlines set by law.
